Dr Issa Mohamad is a consultant radiation oncologist and associate member at King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) in Jordan. He completed radiation oncology clinical/research fellowship from University of Toronto, Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. He is currently the lead of the Head and Neck multidisciplinary team and the director of radiation oncology fellowship program at KHCC. His areas of subspecialty expertise include Head and Neck cancer, GI malignancy and extracranial stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT). His research focus is aligned with his training and is centered on the implementation of new radiation therapy technologies and quality improvement in the radiation oncology field. He has authored over 40 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
