Head, Radiation Therapy-from 2019 to present at the Radiation Therapy department, King Faisal Specialist hospital. Working at a big institution like King Faisal helped me to gain leadership skills such as the abilities to manage staff, staff conflict, and I have the qualities needed to guide and influence others in a positive way. Was able to run two different areas during the transfer from old building to the new King Abdullah Tower, taking care of recruitment, supply chain management, etc. In addition to administrative skills, I was involved in clinical areas working with multi-disciplinary team in different treatment modalities and pre planning areas. I was also involved in completing quality standards tasks, such as initiating new KPIs (key performance indicators), Performance Improvement Projects, and initiating and completion of new policies and procedures for implementation).
